POSITION SUMMARY

Heluna Health is seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee key public health initiatives. This role requires strong project management skills, the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, and expertise in executing programs efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in public health, healthcare, or nonprofit project management and a deep understanding of program implementation, budgeting, and compliance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education: Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with grant-funded programs, government contracts, and compliance requirements is a plus.
Proficiency in project management software such as Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and objectives to ensure successful program execution.
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and public agencies to facilitate effective project coordination.
Monitor budgets, track expenses, and ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.
Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate challenges.
Prepare and present project reports, updates, and documentation for stakeholders and funders.
Ensure all project activities align with Heluna Health’s mission and strategic goals.
