Project Delivery

• Manage multiple concurrent projects within the Operations portfolio.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and integrated project plans.
• Lead project initiation, planning, execution and close-out.
• Track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and actions.
• Keep projects aligned to agreed scope, timelines and objectives.
• Drive accountability for action completion across functional teams.
• Escalate risks and issues to project sponsors and governance bodies as needed.

Governance & Reporting

• Lead project team meetings, steering meetings and stakeholder reviews.
• Produce clear, concise project status reports and executive summaries.
• Maintain RAID logs, decision logs and project documentation.
• Support reporting into PMO governance forums and portfolio reviews.
• Apply project management standards and methodologies consistently.

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong working relationships across Operations functions.
• Act as the central coordination point between SMEs, sponsors and stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective cross-functional decision-making.
• Drive alignment across internal teams and external partners.
• Communicate progress, challenges and mitigation plans clearly and proactively.

Planning & Resource Coordination

• Coordinate project timelines and resource requirements.
• Identify project interdependencies and potential resource conflicts.
• Support project prioritisation activities.
• Work with functional leads to sequence and resource critical activities.

Continuous Improvement

• Promote PMO best practice and project management discipline.
• Support standardisation of project management tools, templates and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve project execution and governance.
