Location: Middletown, PA - Only candidates located in PA will be considered Position Type: Hybrid Hybrid Schedule: Mostly remote | on-site as needed Contract Length: Long-term with annual extensions Position Overview: This role is responsible for leading and delivering multiple IT projects of varying complexity, ensuring alignment with established project management standards, methodologies, and organizational objectives. The position requires strong coordination across technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors while managing all phases of the project lifecycle and driving continuous improvement. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience managing projects of varying size and subject matter, including integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning. Experience ensuring adherence to established PMO standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.​​​​ Experience with long-haul fiber networks, facility/campus data networks, wireless connectivity, Wi-Fi networks, and unified communication technologies. Duties: Manage and coordinate the activities of internal and external resources across multiple concurrent IT projects. Develop, maintain, and execute project plans and related artifacts using established project management standards, templates, and methodologies. Collaborate with business owners and analysts to define, refine, and control project scope. Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closure. Monitor project performance, timelines, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes. Facilitate lessons learned sessions and implement process improvements based on findings. Build and maintain strong working relationships with technology teams, stakeholders, project sponsors, vendors, and clients. Ensure adherence to established PMO standards, governance frameworks, and best practices. Support project-related communications, reporting, and stakeholder engagement activities. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support project and organizational objectives.
