JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager with PMP certification to lead and manage building construction or multidisciplinary engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering , coupled with strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering , or a related field from a recognized university
  • PMP Certification is mandatory
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant project management experience in building construction or engineering project environments
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering standards, contracts, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end execution of construction or engineering projects from planning to handover
  • Define project scope, deliverables, resources, timelines, and budget in alignment with client and company objectives
  • Oversee site operations, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment and efficiency
  • Manage project risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions when needed
  • Track project performance and generate regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive value engineering, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives
