REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in pool and landscape projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi regulations and industry standards is an advantage.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in pool and landscape projects to join the technical team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and supervise pool and landscape projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Lead project teams, delegate tasks, and monitor daily activities on site.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
