This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Project Contract Project management opportunity. Work on an AI feature development project for approximately 6-9 months. In this project you will oversee a small team of live receptionist agents taking calls from an AI receptionist feature.The goal of this project is to both provide feedback on the AI model so that it learns and grows as well as ensuring that the live agents handling calls provide exceptional customer service. A background in sales and/or marketing operations is very helpful. Core Responsibilities: Attendance & Activity Real Time Monitoring. Ensure agents are on time and doing their assigned tasks Co-Piloting. Partner with project leads on goals and KPIs of the pilot Agile Partnership. Partner with a local Learning and Development lead responsible for agent enablement Cross Functional Synergy. Partner with Sales Operations leads who will spearhead metrics analysis Flexibility. Perform other duties as assigned upon completion of AIR Live pilot. Essential Skills: Project Management: 3+ years of proven experience within a Project, Program, or Portfolio Management Office (PMO). Methodology: Strong working knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall frameworks. Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Excel or Google sheets (formulas and functions), or a demonstrated ability to master new technical applications rapidly. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional follow-through and the ability to act as a liaison between business owners and IT technical groups. Communication: Highly developed verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Desired Qualifications: Education: Degree in HR, PMO certification, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years in HR project management or a related operational environment. Tooling: 2–3 years of advanced experience with Smartsheet, Google Sheets, or similar project management platforms. Problem-Solving: A natural ability to simplify complex problems and find efficient solutions. Willing to work on night shift Willing to work on hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas Nice to Have: Business Analysis: 2–3 years of BA experience, particularly within the excel. Domain Expertise: Prior experience in HR operations, sales, PMO environments.
