REQUIRED / BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years’ experience in either Supply Chain, Healthcare, Product Lifecycle Management or Project Management role.
  • CAPM, PMP, Prince2 or equivalent Project Management Certificate
  • Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders/projects simultaneously
  • Ability to build trustful relationships internally and externally using influential skills to manage expectations
  • Quality oriented with rigorous attention to detail, coupled with a demonstrated track record of delivering on goals to target
  • Demonstrate ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to engage with personnel at all levels within the organization
  • Team player with an inclusive and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions based on judgement and integrity
  • Proven technical and problem-solving skills with the ability to transfer findings into report and presentation formats
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Adaptable to changing technology and ability to learn new processes and software tools as the business evolves (project management software, ppm tools)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor of Science degree in business, supply chain, science, or healthcare related field.
