Description The Project Manager, Private Wealth is responsible for providing project plan support to the National Managing Director (NMD) and the Regional Managing Directors (RMD’s). This support includes planning, organizing, directing, and supporting project business deliverables to ensure the achievement of business results and the completion of quarterly rocks as defined in EOS®. This position will entail in-depth exposure to highly confidential information requiring a high level of professional maturity and discretion. Principal Accountabilities 1. Project Management Plans, organizes, evaluates, and supports the NMD and RMD’s in cross-functional projects from concept through final implementation. Assist with the design, development, and implementation of business perspective work plans to determine the required tasks and resources needed (process, functional, etc.) for project assignments. Creates engaging PowerPoint presentations to facilitate information sharing and strategy alignment between stakeholders. Collaborates closely with the NMD to support strategy creation and execution. Ensures the project stays aligned to enterprise strategy, objectives, timelines, and specific project business case. Leads efforts to provide accurate and timely project status reports to leadership. Supports and actively participates in planning sessions with key stakeholders. Accountable for effective coordination of deliverables that may span over multiple departments. Tracks and manages project risk and change management components of assignments. Leads the assessment of inter-project dependencies and gauges the financial impact and risk to the project. Supports leadership decision-making process through the creation of project agreements, scopes, risk assessments, and budgets. Assists with implementation and tracking of EOS® (Entrepreneurial Operating System) initiatives. Maintains NMD and RMD’s pages on internal intranet, InTrust, to ensure content is current. 2. Organizational responsibilities Approaches work, interactions, and relationships in a manner consistent with the Company’s Core Values. Manages projects and interacts with others in a manner that is consistent with Company’s Management Language, leadership principles and values. Understands and supports the counsel and biblical basis upon which Blue Trust serves its client base. Maintains the highest Compliance standards by adhering to the company's Human Resources guidelines, Compliance policies and procedures, professional designation standards, and industry's regulatory standards to mitigate risk to the company. 3. Performs all other related duties as assigned or directed by management. Requirements Excellent computer skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, and expert proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to make independent judgments. Proven technical, analytical, and problem solving skills. Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to execute quality work according to schedules and deadlines. Capability to excel in a team environment and work independently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organization skills and systems acumen. Keen attention to detail, with a commitment to excellence in work product. Personal integrity and ability to discreetly handle highly confidential data. Adept at prioritization with ability to complete multiple time-sensitive tasks. Education, Experience & Skills A minimum of three to five (3-5) years prior experience in advisor services preferred A bachelor’s degree in Business preferred Certifications, Licenses and Registrations None Required, Six Sigma preferred
