Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex process technology development and transfer projects in close collaboration with leading semiconductor foundries and internal engineering teams. In this role, you will drive execution from concept through qualification and release, ensuring alignment on scope, schedule, cost, and technical deliverables while navigating a highly dynamic and technical environment. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple work packages across process development, integration, and technology transfer Plan, monitor, and control project execution to ensure timely delivery of technology milestones, qualification targets, and key deliverables Drive alignment across cross-functional teams including process, device, integration, reliability, manufacturing, and external partners Lead execution of the project plan, facilitating decision-making and resolving technical and organizational challenges Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to yield, performance, reliability, and process integration Ensure clear, structured, and transparent reporting on progress, risks, and deviations Align stakeholders across functions and sites to ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices, tools, and execution methodologies Required Skills Strong technical understanding of semiconductor process technology Able to follow process flows, integration challenges, and device-performance trade-offs, and translate them into actionable plans Excellent communication and influencing skills Communicates complex technical topics clearly and effectively to diverse audiences Structured and pragmatic mindset Brings clarity and structure in environments with evolving requirements Proactive and results-driven approach Anticipates risks, drives mitigation, and ensures strong follow-through to completion Strong stakeholder management Aligns cross-functional teams and manages competing priorities across organizations and locations Preferred Qualifications MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the semiconductor industry Experience in process technology, device engineering, or manufacturing environments Solid understanding of the semiconductor development lifecycle Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technical projects Strong leadership and communication skills Self-driven, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments More information about NXP in Greater China... #LI-6a60 NXP Semiconductors N.V.
