REQUIREMENTS

  • Knowledge and practical experience of Project management in a regulated, consumer facing environment (gaming, financial services etc)
  • Track record of launching high impact products or services involving multi business units and technology components
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive sponsors and regulatory bodies
  • The ability to convey concepts coherently to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in matrixed environments
  • Strong written accuracy and attention to detail
Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE:

To lead the planning and management of the end-to-end delivery of a new or enhanced DBG products, ensuring the successful coordination of a cross functional team, external partners, regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment.
This role is critical to the timely, compliant and commercially effective launch of DBDs that support the National Lottery’s strategic objectives and player experience.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the full project lifecycle for a DBG launch, from concept finalisation through to go-live and post-launch stabilisation.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan including scope, timelines, milestones, risks, issues and resourcing needs.
  • Coordinate internal BAU teams across Product, Marketing, Technology, Digital, Retail, Compliance, Legal, Security and Operations.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with third party suppliers including systems, technology, digital, regulatory bodies, marketing etc.
  • Manage dependencies across the programme, e.g. Digital platform, regulatory submissions, retail channel readiness etc. Work closely with cross-functional teams across Allwyn (PMO, Transformation, Technology, Marketing, Brand, Legal and Regulations) to optimise delivery quality
  • Facilitate regular project governance meetings, providing senior stakeholders with accurate reporting and actionable insights as required within governance forums, Working groups and Steering meetings.
  • Ensure all launch activities comply with the Gambling Commission regulations and assurance gates.
  • Drive a robust UAT and launch readiness plan and manage business change activities.
