Responsibilities

ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER - PRODUCT & CONTENT DELIVERY

  • Type: In-Person only (Poole, BH12), no remote applications
  • Salary: £21,000 per annum (£42,000 FTE)
  • Hours: Part-Time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm (20 hours per week) [working hours can be adjusted slightly to suit the right candidate]
    This is an execution role, perfect for a Project Manager who takes pride in turning plans into reality
    You’ll be taking product ideas and content plans and turning them into real, live listings - coordinating across suppliers, designers, compliance, and operations. You’ll make sure specs are finalised, quotes are collected, files are correct, and nothing slips through the cracks.
    You’ll work closely with the founder, product research lead, operations manager, and graphic designer, becoming the glue that connects each stage of launch.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the process of turning approved product ideas into live SKUs
  • Request and compare supplier quotes
  • Finalise product specs and coordinate with our compliance partner
  • Create clear briefs for our in-house designer for labels, A+ content, and images
  • Coordinate packaging, barcodes, and documentation for shipping
  • Ensure new listings are properly uploaded to Amazon and our DTC platforms
  • Track progress of each product through to launch and handover to operations
  • Maintain and update internal launch trackers and documentation
  • Keep Amazon, brand website, and Shopify product data accurate and up to date
