The candidate will need to possess a strong intellect and have a proven track record of influencing with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and working with a senior management team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 7 years of Project Management experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience
  • 5+ years of People Management experience
  • PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification

Responsibilities
  • Champion and implement best practices for product development, including agile methodologies, release management, product definition and development, monitoring, testing, bug/incident management, etc.
  • Create systems and standards to scale how product managers set strategy, prioritize, and iterate on their products
  • Support the product team in developing and maintaining documentation, tools, and templates that facilitate efficient product delivery
  • Analyze product performance data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future product strategy
  • Facilitate key team-wide PI/agile ceremonies and manage JIRA portfolio data quality/reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders (e.g. product, tech, legal, risk, compliance) to encourage continuous evolution in our product delivery processes in light of health & monitoring trends
  • Promote a culture anchored in data, used to instrument products, validate outcomes, drive insights, and manage the business
  • Ensure projects are being delivered on time and on budget within a challenging environment while simultaneously managing risk
  • Effectively advocate for and represent the voice of customers (internal and external) to influence organizational objectives, roadmaps and the overall customer experience
  • Build credibility and trust within the team, with our customers, and with our stakeholders
  • Manage and support risk issues discovery and remediation resolutions
  • Engage with project team members to enable clarity of goal; conduct on-going reviews to ensure outcome is on track to meet needs
