The Project Manager will support the Runway & Collaborations team within the Product Creation business unit, which includes Design, Studio, Merchandising and Product Development. You will be independently responsible for executing seasonal and cross-functional initiatives, working closely with the above teams. The role requires independent management of smaller-scale projects, milestone and calendar management, and creating reports and presentations for the wider product business.
This position demands a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple teams. The successful candidate will contribute to the efficiency and consistency of the team’s output, while identifying opportunities to optimise ways of working.

Responsibilities
  • Execute business unit support activities with a high degree of autonomy and subject-matter knowledge.
  • Manage discrete projects and process improvements from initiation to completion.
  • Analyse and interpret operational data to support planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address ongoing operational requirements.
  • Identify and implement improvements to workflows, systems, and tools, in line with best practices.
  • Provide guidance or informal coaching to junior colleagues where applicable.
