The Role:
We’re hiring a Project Manager/Construction Manager with a passion for scheduling, coordination, and operations—not just paperwork. You’ll run production scheduling, utilize Gantt chart systems, and keep jobs moving on time. We’ll train you, with a clear path to grow into senior operations or production leadership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the master schedule for all projects and production runs
  • Build and maintain Gantt charts (prior experience a plus)
  • Coordinate with shop leads, PMs, and clients to clear bottlenecks
  • Resolve scheduling/resource conflicts proactively
  • Drive projects to on-time completion

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a PM, Construction Manager, or Superintendent
  • Strong communicator, highly organized, natural leader
  • Comfortable with coordination tools (MS Project, Excel, Monday.com—or willing to learn)
  • Detail- and results-oriented; proactive problem solver
