Position: Project Manager Duration: 3 year contract Location: Greater Boston, MA Job Description: Responsibilities and tasks of the role includes but are not limited to: Develop project plan including resources, timing, milestones, and deliverables. Track, monitor, and report key performance metrics including expenditures v. budget Ensure risk assessments and appropriate risk mitigation plans are established for projects at every phase of the contract. Monitor trends and drive continuous improvement of the project management process. Define the overall scope of work and timeline for end-end implementation and testing activities. Effectively engage with key stakeholders to ensure timely implementation of project objectives. Review updates on progress against project objectives, milestones, timelines and metrics. Monitor day-to-day activities to ensure that time and cost commitments are met, proactively identify and communicate issues to the Program Lead Education and Experience B.S. in Science/Engineering or related field relevant to role required. 8+ years managing large capital projects in the biopharmaceutical industry Demonstrated Project Management expertise for design, construction, qualification and start-up involving all areas of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, Pilot Plants, and Research Facilities. Strong interpersonal skills and business insight. Ability to assess situations and make clear timely decisions, achieving results that support all parties. Demonstrated project management experience, with strong analytical and organizational skills to handle contending priorities in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
