Your mission with us

Shape the future of pain therapy with us! In this role, you'll manage the project threads of your clinical trial, coordinate processes across various departments, and ensure the study progresses in a structured, efficient, and timely manner. You'll coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners with equal skill, keep track of budgets, milestones, and documents, and bring your projects to a successful conclusion with a clear organizational approach. Ready to make a real difference? Then we're looking for you!

Your tasks

  • As project manager (m/f/d) for one of our clinical trials, you will control and coordinate all activities necessary for the timely and budget-compliant implementation of the study.
  • You will coordinate closely with the heads of departments such as Site Management and Monitoring, Study Supply, Data Management or Medical/Safety to ensure the effective execution of the study.
  • You are responsible for the development and further development of study-specific documents such as project and time plans, risk analysis plans, or communication plans.
  • You manage and coordinate the collaboration with external service providers involved in the study, such as CROs and study centers, and you help select them.
  • With participant recruitment, you are responsible for one of the most important components of a study.
  • You regularly present study progress and project status to the management team.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed a university degree in business administration or natural sciences.
  • You bring project management experience, e.g. from a top-tier consulting firm in the life sciences sector or from a project management role in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
