We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our expanding team as a Project Manager - Property. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in driving our property projects from initiation to successful delivery, working collaboratively across teams to help shape the future of our business. Main Responsibilities in Property Project Management Conduct measures/surveys and collect site information (nationwide) and identifying potential issues Surveying New Store locations to assess suitability. Define design specifications, the review technical drawings and advising on design issues and challenges Develop schedules of works and project briefs Management of 3rd party project managers and contractors Review of contracts and quotations and subsequent negotiation Build capex budgets and cost proposals Project management of a variety of projects from minor maintenance to New Store openings.
