We are looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our expanding team as a Project Manager - Property. This is an exceptional opportunity to play a key role in driving our property projects from initiation to successful delivery, working collaboratively across teams to help shape the future of our business. Main Responsibilities in Property Project Management Conduct measures/surveys and collect site information (nationwide) and identifying potential issues Surveying New Store locations to assess suitability. Define design specifications, the review technical drawings and advising on design issues and challenges Develop schedules of works and project briefs Experience in the management of 3rd party construction and shopfitting contractors. Review of contracts and quotations and subsequent negotiation Build capex budgets and cost proposals Project management of a variety of projects from minor maintenance to New Store openings. Liaise with key stakeholders from within Bensons along with Solicitors, Landlords and, Managing Agents and other 3rd party consultants and suppliers Assess maintenance issues and develop solutions Essential Skills and Experience for a Project Manager - Property General understanding of building materials and methods of construction General Understanding of Maintenance principles and techniques Understanding of CDM principles and general H&S The ability to conduct measured surveys Budget analysis Project management & programming Time management & Negotiation skills Use of AUTOCAD Use of photoshop (not essential) Use of vector package such as Ai or Coreldraw (not essential) Use of Excel and general MS office packages What We Offer to Property Project Managers Competitive salary and annual performance bonus Opportunities for professional development and career progression within an innovative property team Inclusive, collaborative and supportive working environment Generous staff discounts on a range of products Life Assurance, pension contributions and wellbeing support Flexible work arrangements where possible Working Hours and Location for Project Management Full-time position with core office hours; flexibility may be required to meet project needs Role will require nationwide travel to sites as part of project delivery
