We see the world through a Future Ready® lens, fuelled by a shared commitment to making a positive impact—one project and community at a time.     Project Manager - Hamilton   We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Hamilton team, supporting the delivery of a strong pipeline of Property & Buildings projects across the Waikato region.   This is a Junior level role that offers a great opportunity for a developing PM to take ownership of projects end-to-end, while learning from experienced leaders and building your career in a nationally recognised consultancy.   In this role, you’ll help manage projects from initiation through to delivery and close-out, ensuring successful outcomes for our clients. You will:   * Assist with managing projects to deliver on time, within budget and to a high quality standard * Prepare project briefs, specifications, contract documentation and fee estimates * Coordinate project teams and maintain clear communication across stakeholders * Build strong client relationships and provide proactive updates on project progress * Support financial management including budgeting, forecasting and invoicing * Identify and manage risks, ensuring successful delivery of project objectives * Apply structured project management methodologies while adapting to project needs * Contribute to continuous improvement through feedback and lessons learned   You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality outcomes that support both our clients and the communities we serve.   About you   You’ll be an organised, motivated early career Project Manager who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.    You will bring:   * A relevant degree in Property, Construction, Engineering or a related field * Experience assisting with project delivery within the built environment or consultancy sector * Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities * An understanding of project delivery frameworks, contracts and risk management * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * A client-focused, solutions-oriented approach * PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or working towards) is advantageous * A clean, current driver’s licence   Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.
