Role and Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and coordinate commercial renovation projects of varying scope and scale, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Property Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of commercial office buildings, including vendor coordination, maintenance oversight, and tenant relations. Multitasking Excellence: Handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously with efficiency and attention to detail. Reliability & Follow-Through: Demonstrate punctuality and strong follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on schedule. Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication with internal teams, contractors, and tenants to foster collaboration and resolve issues promptly. Work Hours: This is a salaried role; occasional overtime may be required based on project demands. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in commercial property management and renovation projects. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Self-motivated and results-driven. Requirements Prior Project Management or Facility Management experience required. Valid PA Drivers License and reliable transportation. High School Diploma/GED. Must be able to pass background check to work in government occupied spaces.
