This is a full-time year-round position located in Big Sky, Montana. Purpose: The Project Manager is responsible for leading process improvement initiatives within Property Management by optimizing the use of key systems, including but not limited to SnapInspect, Yardi & SmartSheet. The role focuses on maximizing system functionality to meet business needs, overseeing the successful delivery and onboarding of Village Core II from Yellowstone Development to YCPM, and developing strategies for managing portfolio transitions between Property Managers. This position plays a critical role in aligning technology, operations, and member satisfaction to support efficient, scalable property management practices, while focusing on growth and bolstering current business practices.    Major Responsibilities: * Ensure that each Member and guest receives outstanding guest service in a guest friendly environment which includes greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest, maintaining outstanding service standards, solid product knowledge and all other components of guest service.  * Empowered to guarantee total guest satisfaction, display hospitality and professionalism to our guests at all times, take pride in representing Yellowstone Club professionally with our Members and guests and assure that all transactions with guests are handled in a legal and ethical manner.  * Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure and safe environment for employees, Members, and guests at all times. In the event of an accident or emergency, seek medical attention if necessary and contact your direct manager, the Director of Property Management, or Human Resources immediately.  * Maintain a favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a positive working environment.  * Coordinate efforts with all other departments as required per the assigned projects while maintaining exceptional partnering to achieving required results. * Project Management – Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and drive projects to completion on time and within scope. * System Optimization – Deep understanding of property management platforms (e.g., Yardi, SnapInspect, Smartsheet, etc.) and how to leverage their features to improve operations. * Process Improvement – Skilled in analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing streamlined, scalable solutions for home turnovers from the development pipeline to property management. * Change Management – Ability to lead change initiatives, including stakeholder alignment [owner, YD, and YCPM], communication planning, and user training while managing home turnovers. * Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work across teams (e.g., Development, Residential Services Depts., etc.) to integrate workflows and deliver upon Yellowstone Club standards. * Critical Thinking – Analyze the situation, leverage vendor relationships, pursue action, produce outstanding results.  * Communication – Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences. * Adaptability – Comfortable managing evolving priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.   Essential Job Functions: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This includes, but is not limited to punch list resolution, change orders, special requests, home utilities and other required services. * Collaborate with stakeholders across departments during VCII install process to gather requirements, identify pain points, and deliver large scale interior design installs.  * Track and ensure effective home punch list follow through and completion. * Manage Yellowstone Development home delivery projections and related occupancy and labor projections. * Develop and implement strategies for managing portfolio transitions between Property Managers to ensure continuity and service quality. * Manage change initiatives and training programs to support system upgrades and process enhancements. * Serve as a liaison between operations and property management teams to bridge business needs with efficient solutions.  * Oversee consistent backend updates across all digital platforms, ensuring accurate and current information is being conveyed. Other Duties and Responsibilities: * Create and maintain detailed home manuals for Yellowstone Club outlining all significant systems, inventory of supplies/items and maintenance requests, repairs, and requirements. * Create financial reports and conduct financial analysis on labor productivity across the Property Management departments providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and increase profitability. * Conduct financial forecasting as it relates assigned projects * Track historical occupancy trends and make detailed occupancy projections.  * Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established Club policies, procedures, and standards of service to achieve the overall objectives of this position. * Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards. * Maintain a positive and respectful attitude. * Treat Members, guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.   * Maintain privacy of our Members, guests, and staff at all times. * Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times. * Communicate regularly and effectively with all employees, supervisors, managers, directors, and VPs. * Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner. Maintain a high level of attention to detail. * Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members, guests, and staff at all times. * Plan set up and/or attend regular department and project meetings.  * Use year-over-year home growth projection models to create and hone various portions of the annual income, operating and labor budgets across Residential Services.  * Analyze internal processes and recommend procedural or policy changes to improve operations. * Anticipate the needs of members and guests and resolve any complaints in a satisfactory manner.  * Create and administer general Residential Services training pieces as they relate to assigned projects.  * Monitor monthly financial reports and provide analytical feedback.  * Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
