THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Community Projects team are seeking an experienced Project Manager to assist with the delivery of our FY25/26 Community Infrastructure program of work.

Your role will see you undertake all phases from initiation through to the planning, execution, and completion of a wide variety of capital works projects across buildings, recreational facilities, sporting fields, public domain and coastal foreshore environments.

  • This is a 12 month fixed-term contract opportunity commencing ASAP – working full-time 35 hours / week + access to a flexible working arrangement
  • Base Salary Range: $84,031 to $98,860 pa based on 35 hours / week + 11.5% superannuation + $18,619.19 motor vehicle allowance + $2,312 retention + 3.5% civil liability allowance
  • You will be working from PSC Administration Building, Raymond Terrace

Responsibilities

WE’RE ALL ABOUT PUTTING THE RIGHT PEOPLE, IN THE RIGHT ROLE! HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • A tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, construction, architecture, or related discipline and/or significant industry experience
  • Extensive experience in the project and contractor management of major projects
  • Experience in the application of relevant legislation, design standards and construction practices
