Role description

This full-time Project Manager role is based in Munich in a hybrid arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with flexibility for some work from home. The Project Manager oversees the implementation and integration of QBuild’s software solutions for customers, managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful deployments. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, sales, and customer teams, tracking progress, anticipating risks, and resolving issues related to integration, logistics, and change management. The role involves planning and prioritizing tasks, documenting project status, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders. The Project Manager also contributes to continuous improvement of project processes and customer experience.

Key Qualifications

• Have a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Computer), or equivalent experience
• Have a passion for understanding customer’s businesses and matching solutions to their requirements
