We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our team. A Day in the Life of a Project Manager will include Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects; Collaborate with software engineers, infrastructure teams, business analysts, or external vendors to define technical requirements and deliverables; Lead and facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors, utilizing regular status meetings, written reports, and collaborative tools to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals and timelines; Manage technical risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution; Monitor and report on project progress, providing updates to management and client stakeholders; Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives); Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical execution; Participate and lead functional and technical working groups and progress meetings; Prepare and present regular and accurate progress status reports to senior management; Track and report KPIs, milestones, and progress to senior leadership; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; Minimum 4 years of experience in software project management; Strong Technical background (e.g., prior software engineering experience) is highly desirable; Strong Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices is a must; Proven experience with various project management methodologies like Agile, SAfe, PRINCE2, PMP, PM2, and Lean; Strong technical skills and thorough understanding of software development processes and technologies; Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps); Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; Excellent client facing, analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent teamwork skills to coordinate virtual teams; Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to change; Experience within banking sector will be considered as an asset; Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (written and verbal). Additional Qualification, knowledge and skills: Must have a relevant certification, such as Relevant certifications in internationally recognized project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PM2, PRINCE2, SAFe).
