PROJECT MANAGER (QUOTING) - META POWER SOLUTIONS

Location: This position is required to be onsite M-F 5090 PGA Blvd Palm Beach Gardens Florida. Hours are 8:30 to 5:00.

OVERVIEW

Meta Power Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quoting Project Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the sales quoting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with customer requirements and our internal sales, engineering and estimating teams. You will work closely with the sales team, customers, estimators, engineering, and executive team to facilitate successful sales operations. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales coordination, quoting, or a similar role, preferably in the power solutions or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and quoting methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customerfocused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
