As our Project Manager, you will help lead several implementations, simultaneously and report on delivery timelines, project statuses and risks. To thrive in this role, you must manage multiple project implementations simultaneously and effectively prioritize associated tasks. Here’s what you will experience working as a Project Manager: Effectively communicate and manage project expectations to client executive sponsors, team members, and other stakeholders in a clear and concise fashion Maintain accurate project timeline tracking, including communication of risks, proactive resolution of obstacles, thoughtful estimations of future tasks, and communication of progress with all levels of internal stakeholders Create and maintain client-facing collateral to clearly communicate implementation updates, catered to the proper audience Contribute to the development of internal processes and related documentation for the team to leverage as a part of our ongoing improvement Actively participate in team culture by engaging with colleagues, fostering a collaborative environment, while supporting and encouraging team members to achieve their best Required Skills: A minimum of two years of experience in project management. Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking with client executives, and able to speak in detail about technical work. Detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects in varying stages of progress without loss of efficiency or effectiveness. Proven proficiency with Salesforce, Mission Control, CoPilot tools. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $52,025.00 - $97,528.69 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
