Responsibilities
  • Connect project communications and reporting to strategic business initiatives.
  • Align projects to project methodology compliance standards set by the business.
  • Negotiate with project vendors to ensure project deliverables are completed, ensuring procurement activities are done in line with the approved delegations of authority.
  • Document Management – ensure that all project documentation conforms to the Project Management framework standards and is stored and maintained centrally within each project directory.
  • Produce project initiation documents for relevant projects, which confirm what is to be achieved, how, when, and within what constraints.
  • Produce, agree, and monitor individual project plans alongside the use of Agile practices
  • Identify and obtain any support and advice required for the management, planning, and control of the projects.
  • Communicate appropriate acceptance criteria for each project and associated deliverables.
  • Manage the production of deliverables to agreed scope, cost, timescale, and quality.
  • Manage project spend to budget and validate financial forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assess each project’s progress against respective plans.
  • Financial Management – manage approved project budgets and ensure all project costs are tracked and reported. Maintain a forecast of expected costs to completion.
  • Risk and Issue Management – manage / report risks and issues associated with the delivery of the projects. Develop a mitigation plan for identified risks and issues
