Description Position Overview: The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of capital and operational projects across all Company locations. This role works closely with executive leadership and operational teams to determine future project needs, improve operational efficiencies, ensure alignment with company strategy, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Essential Responsibilities: Partner with terminal leadership and the executive team to assess operational needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and prioritize future capital projects (CAPEX). Develop multi-year project plans and budgets to support terminal growth, efficiency, and compliance goals. Evaluate process flows and material handling practices to identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction. Assist in generating, documenting, and maintaining best practices to ensure consistent and efficient operations across all locations. Lead the end-to-end management of approved projects, including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, contractor management, and implementation. Ensure all projects are executed in alignment with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Manage project documentation, progress tracking, and post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement. Perform productivity studies to establish and refine performance standards across terminal operations. Coordinate resources and cross-functional teams, including Operations, Maintenance, Finance, and Safety, to ensure efficient project execution. Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies. Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to leadership and site teams. Monitor project budgets and timelines, proactively identifying and managing risks or deviations. Contribute to the development of capital expenditure proposals and business cases for leadership approval. Support the preparation and tracking of CAPEX forecasts and variance reports. Maintain accurate project records, including budgets, schedules, and performance metrics. Support standardization of project management practices and documentation across all locations. Requirements Education and Experience Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in project management, capital projects, or terminal operations; multi-site experience preferred. Strong knowledge of construction, maintenance, and infrastructure projects within industrial, logistics, or distribution environments. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar). PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred. Additional Requirements: Must wear approved Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required including, but not limited to; steel/composite-toe, slip resistant, work shoes, reflective vest, etc. Must be willing to work additional hours as required or requested. Available for questions and problem resolution outside of the standard business hours. Requires periodic travel to Company locations.
