About the Role

Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of top sales talent? We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Project Manager to support the EMEA cohort of our global Early-in-Career (EIC) sales onboarding program.

Reporting directly to the Global Program Manager for EIC, you will be the engine driving end-to-end execution, operational excellence, and delivery for all EMEA-based participants. This is a high-visibility role ideal for a detail-oriented collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and knows how to drive accountability across cross-functional teams.

What You Will Do

  • End-to-End Execution: Drive the successful rollout of the EMEA EIC cohort, managing everything from planning and stakeholder coordination to logistics, risk management, and final delivery.
  • Participant Experience: Ensure a high-quality, consistent, and engaging onboarding experience that meets global program standards while adapting to regional needs.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor cohort-specific milestones, risks, issues, and KPIs, providing regular, high-level status updates to the Global Program Manager.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate closely with Recruiting, People & Culture (P&C), Regional Sales Leadership, Enablement, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless program operations.
  • Program Governance: Maintain rigorous project governance, including decision logs, action items, communication plans, and proactive stakeholder management.
  • Future-Proofing & Innovation: Help evolve the EIC program toward AI-era readiness by identifying and implementing operational improvements and automation opportunities.

Location & Work Arrangement (Non-Negotiable)

  • Must be based local to the Bedfont Lakes, UK area.
  • Hybrid Model: Required to be in the office at the Bedfont Lakes campus 3 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of dedicated project or program management experience.
  • Proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects within a highly matrixed environment (experience in Sales Enablement, Talent Development, or Sales Operations is a major plus).
  • Strong background in risk and issue management, stakeholder coordination, and the ability to drive accountability without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with modern project management tools (Asana is highly preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and executive reporting skills, with the ability to distill complex updates into actionable insights.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desired.

Preferred Experience

  • Direct background in Sales Onboarding, Early-in-Career/New Hire programs, or Sales Enablement.
