Waseel is seeking a dynamic Project Manager (RCM) to lead and deliver Revenue Cycle Management projects. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, managing projects end-to-end, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, and project planning skills to drive successful RCM solutions. Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of RCM projects from inception to completion. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, , and resource allocation. Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project status and changes. Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize impact on delivery and outcomes. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and process improvements. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout project execution. Bachelor's degree. Must have minimum 2 years’ of experience in the healthcare sector (hospitals, RCM, or insurance). Strong understanding of RCM processes, including billing, collections, and claims management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is MOST . Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Proficient in project management software and tools.
