As a Project Manager based at our international headquarters in Zwaagdijk-Oost, you’ll be working on large-scale projects while improving systems, processes, and cross-departmental collaboration. Together with a team of specialists, you’ll ensure successful project execution—on time, within budget, and in line with scope.

What will you do?

• Lead strategic, cross-border real estate projects
• Create detailed project plans, budgets, and reports
• Manage project teams and coordinate with stakeholders across countries
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
• Ensure a smooth handover to the business (business as usual)
• Evaluate completed projects and share lessons learned for future improvements
