We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the entire development cycle and ensure successful delivery of our projects.
Position Summary
The Project Manager will lead and coordinate all aspects of real estate development projects, including sourcing land, managing acquisitions, overseeing permitting, supervising contractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. This position requires strong leadership, local market knowledge, and experience managing complex development processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate land acquisitions in Washington State.
  • Oversee permitting, zoning, and subdivision approvals.
  • Create and manage budgets, schedules, and work scopes.
  • Source, contract, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, city officials, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide detailed reporting on timelines, costs, and project risks to ownership.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within real estate development, land development, or construction.
  • Strong understanding of Washington State permitting, zoning, and subdivision processes.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and schedules.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, construction management, engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Established relationships with local contractors, city officials, and permitting professionals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
