Summary
For the Area “Reconnaissance Vehicles” we are looking for a “Project Manager Reconnaissance Vehicles (f/m/d)” at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible.
The “Reconnaissance Vehicles” Area is responsible for the preparation of offers and the implementation of customer projects from the project planning phase through development to series production. In addition, new products are defined and existing products are further developed within the scope of product responsibility and product strategy.

Your Tasks

• Participation in the acquisition of projects
• Creation of concepts, specifications and offers as well as support of customers in the creation of system requirements
• Execution of international projects within the agreed time, cost and performance frame
• Implementation of systematic project planning and project tracking
• Leading project teams and managing subcontractors
• Cooperation with internal and external partners and customers
• Conduct presentations within Hensoldt and externally to customers and suppliers and prepare appropriate reports
• Deriving new products from technical possibilities, customer needs and market developments
• Clarification of technical realizations under consideration of alternative approaches (in-house, external development, development partners, cooperation partners)
• Development of product life cycles as well as suitable service and logistics concepts
• Preparation of analyses of marketing alternatives and competing products

Willingness for national and international business trips is required.

Your Profile

• Completed engineering degree in physics, electrical engineering, precision engineering, mechanical engineering or similar
• Experience in the management and processing of (international) projects
• Experience/knowledge in the management of project teams
• Good PC skills (MS Office, SAP R3)
• Planning skills, a confident manner and the ability to work in a team
• Results-oriented, structured and cooperative way of working
• High degree of flexibility
• Fluent German and good English skills
