職務概要: Red Hat Consulting チームは、東京オフィスに勤務するプロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。この役職では、担当地域の複雑なプロジェクトを、立ち上げからデリバリー、クローズまで管理します。部門横断的なチームの連携を図り、主要なプロジェクト評価基準を測定するための適切なメトリクスを確立するとともに、コスト、運用予算、人員配置要件、リソース、リスクなど、プロジェクトの経済的側面をすべて定義、管理、レビューします。プロジェクトマネージャーとして、組織のプロジェクト管理規律の確立にも貢献し、Red Hat Services によるプロジェクト管理の基礎、原則、方法論の導入を推進する役割も担います。主な職務内容: PMIに基づくプロジェクト管理手法、Red Hat Servicesのプロジェクト管理手法、システムおよびソフトウェア開発、アジャイルやスクラムなど技術的なデリバリーメソッドを統合し、プロジェクトマネジメントを行う。プロジェクトの計画、スケジュール管理、進捗管理、顧客及び社内への報告を実施する。プリセールス活動にPMとして参画し、プロジェクトデリバリーが成功するよう、提案書、見積もり、契約書をレビューし、PMとして適切なインプットを行う。顧客のニーズ、目標を理解し、チームに必要なスキルや経験レベルを考慮し、適切なコンサルタントやアーキテクトをプロジェクトに配置する。プロジェクトの課題、メンバーの課題を解決するべくチームレベルのコラボレーションを推進する。プロジェクト上の課題を管理し、顧客マネジメント、コンサルティングマネージャーなどステークホルダーと連携し、解決に向けリードする。顧客マネジメントとのプロジェクトレビューを実施し、Red Hat の価値を訴求し、プロジェクト拡大・継続に貢献する顧客の満足を最大化するため、プロジェクト期間中に生じる顧客との期待値ギャップを継続的に確認し、解消をリードする。プロジェクトメンバーの稼働率管理、プロジェクトのコス管理を行い、収益目標を達成する。必須スキル: IT ベースのプロジェクトにおけるプロジェクト管理業務の経験 7 年以上関連分野の学士号 IT 業界で使用されている特定のプロジェクト管理およびテクニカルデリバリー方法論に関する知識優れた対人能力、リーダーシップスキル、分析力、ビジネスインサイト文章および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力プロジェクト管理の認定資格 (あれば尚可) 個人だけでなくチームで働く能力、プロジェクトチームと各貢献者を動機付ける能力と対立を調停する能力ネイティブレベルの日本語会話力とビジネスレベルの英語力 About Red Hat Red Hat is the world’s leading provider of enterprise open source software solutions, using a community-powered approach to deliver high-performing Linux, cloud, container, and Kubernetes technologies. Responsibilities

This role involves managing complex projects from initiation through delivery and closure within the Tokyo office, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and establishing metrics for key project evaluations. The Project Manager will also define, manage, and review all financial aspects of the project, including cost, budget, staffing, and resources.
