POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Manager supports the Senior Medical Director and the campus to ensure successful completion of projects by scheduling and coordinating the activities of multiple users and departments. This position is responsible for maintaining a calendar of due dates and keeping an organized library of supporting documents and report templates. The Project Manager also runs open task lists and several productivity reports.

  • Bachelor of Science or equivalent work experience required.

  • 2+ years of project experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Familiarity with managed care, commercial and point of service medical care preferred.
  • Computer literate with knowledge and experience with specific software such as Word, Outlook, Access.
    Compensation: 70,304 - 73,000 annuall
Responsibilities
  • Serves as project leader for larger scale, cross-functional initiatives that are intended to drive performance improvement in key performance indices.
  • Organizes work teams to accomplish project work, including identification and confirmation of participants. Establishment of a project plan, consistent work team engagement and productivity, meeting facilitation, consensus building, and recommendation documentation and implantation oversight.
  • Performs detailed analysis of data, workflows, policies, procedures, organization of staff, and skills in order to execute initiatives. Investigates and validates improvement opportunities.
  • Run daily, weekly and/or monthly reports on various projects and team productivity.
  • Completes special projects as needed.
  • Perform clerical tasks as needed such as streamlining and processing paperwork, creating forms/letters/documents, creating job aids, faxing, and calling providers.
  • Assists leadership in identifying outlying providers/patients. Will assist in arranging meetings with providers and materials on an as needed basis.
  • All other duties directed by management.
    The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $70,304 - $73,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.
    The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
