Client and stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Coordination of multi-disciplinary design teams and project delivery. Schedule, budget, and financial performance management. Highways planning and design experience; TMR background preferred. Qualifications The following qualifications and experience are highly desired, but if you don’t tick all the boxes you could still be a perfect fit for this role. Proven ability to manage multiple projects or lead large, complex projects. Strong background in road design; TMR experience preferred but not essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Effective time management and leadership of diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
