This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of experienced consultants, where you will have the opportunity to deepen and expand your expertise within the WPM, supporting large‑scale change initiatives for leading global banks and financial services. This project is with a leading bank as a Project Manager for Finance Regulatory Reporting Transformation KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end regulatory reporting projects across APAC, coordinating business, technology, data, and support teams. Own project planning, governance, delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely and compliant execution. Manage business requirement gathering and ensure clear translation into delivery scope, timelines, and implementation plans. Drive coordination across report development, testing (SIT/UAT), platform enhancements, and production deployments. Ensure effective stakeholder communication, escalation management, and alignment with regulatory and business priorities. Oversee change management, release planning, and production support activities in line with Group standards. Maintain project documentation and conduct regular project updates, workshops, and steering discussions. KEY REQUIREMENTS At least 6+ years experience as a Project Manager delivering regulatory or financial reporting initiatives within banking or financial services. Strong understanding of regulatory reporting domains, including IRR (Interest Rate Risk), capital, liquidity, or risk reporting. Experience managing cross‑functional teams across business, IT, data, compliance, and operations. Solid knowledge of regulatory reporting platforms, data flows, and reporting controls in multi‑regional environments. Hands‑on experience with SDLC, change management, and Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models. Strong governance, risk management, and issue resolution skills. Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management capabilities. WHY JOIN CAPCO?
