Role Overview
We seek a Project Manager to transform our development operations and drive successful project delivery across our dual-team structure. You’ll implement Agile methodologies for our internal dev/design team while coordinating seamlessly with our contracted senior development group. This role demands an experienced project professional who can independently manage complex technical projects, establish sustainable processes, and excel in a lean, fast-paced environment.

IDEAL BACKGROUND

We’re seeking candidates with experience in:

• Complex mobile applications, interactive experiences, or modern JavaScript frameworks
• Startup or scale-up environments where project managers handle diverse responsibilities
• Beta or early-stage products that required rapid iteration and process establishment
• Successfully coordinating multi-team technical projects with external development partners
• Transforming junior developers into productive, process-oriented team members
