Description

ABOUT ATEKO

At Ateko, we empower some of the world’s largest enterprises to harness the full potential of the Salesforce ecosystem to fuel growth and drive outcomes.
We’re looking for a Project Manager who’s passionate about problem-solving, building relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction every step of the way.

Responsibilities

As a Project Manager at Ateko, you’ll oversee and successfully deliver projects related to Salesforce CRM, Marketing Automation (Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, etc.), and Business Intelligence. This is a high-touch role that includes significant time with both clients and Ateko leadership. You’ll have the opportunity to:
-

Lead Projects: Lead and manage the delivery of multiple client projects simultaneously from start to finish, ensuring they’re delivered on time and within budget. This includes monitoring project budgets (e.g., hours consumption).

  • Coordinate Teams: Coordinate and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities and fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate Communication: Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring clear and timely exchange of information, status updates, and addressing any issues or concerns. You’ll prepare weekly project status reports for client stakeholders and CloudKettle management.
  • Mitigate Risks: Identify and assess project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address potential issues to minimize the impact on project outcomes.
  • Manage Scope: Assess and manage project scope changes, including evaluating impacts, obtaining necessary approvals, and ensuring proper documentation and communication of changes to stakeholders.
  • Drive Quality: Make sure projects meet our (and our clients’) high standards, using quality assurance processes throughout.
  • Document Thoroughly: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, schedules, meeting minutes, and other relevant project artifacts.
  • Close With Clarity: Conduct project closure activities, including finalizing project documentation, capturing lessons learned, and conducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
