Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Project Manager at MDLinx. Job Description This team ensures campaign delivery across our omnichannel HCP engagement platform while providing excellent post-sales client experience. This role is pivotal in scaling client satisfaction, retention, and operational excellence by executing advertising campaigns with 100% accuracy and delivery for our clients. Key Responsibilities: (Including but not limited to) Project management: Serve as liaison among cross-departmental teams (editorial, IT, marketing, and sales), i.e., support sales during the RFP process, coordinate project development with data engineers, analysts and editorial departments, and collaborate with marketing department on delivery strategy; develop and maintain production timelines; ensure programs remain on-time, on budget; lead weekly status meetings for cross-functional team; prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports Primary focus programs are: endemic banners, alerts, clicks Account management: Serve as primary contact for clients during production and delivery; manage contracts and billing; manage regulatory submissions via clients’ electronic submission system; prepare submission packages according to clients’ protocol and participate in regulatory review meetings; troubleshoot problems and ensure client satisfaction Client management: Establish relationship with client/agency partners as main point of contact for assigned campaigns; prepare/maintain presentations for program kick-off meetings, concept reviews and campaign reports; coordinate and participate in client/agency partner meetings Qualifications Education and Training Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalency preferred Minimum Experience 2-3 years of client facing experience required; 3-5 years of related experience preferred Pharmaceutical/biotech ad agency experience Knowledge, Skill, Ability Detail oriented and teamwork oriented, with excellent people skills High integrity, strong work ethic and honesty are absolutely required Exceptional ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written Outstanding skillset with Microsoft Office products, especially PowerPoint Additional Information Benefits: A career opportunity with M3 USA offers competitive wages, and benefits such as: Health and Dental Life, Accident and Disability Insurance Prescription Plan Flexible Spending Account 401k Plan and Match Paid Holidays and Vacation Sick Days and Personal Day *M3 reserves the right to change this job description to meet the business needs of the organization M3 USA is an equal opportunity employer, committed to the principles of inclusion and diversity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
