Learning Program Manager (Remote) – Short‑Term Engagement We’re looking for an experienced Learning Program Manager to support two high‑visibility initiatives for a major technology client. This is a fixed‑term role running from now through June 2026. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll partner directly with senior stakeholders and provide strong organizational and program orchestration support. Key responsibilities include: Managing ADO updates and ensuring compliance documentation is current Preparing project reports and status updates Developing and maintaining governance documentation Creating polished PowerPoint presentations and written deliverables Ramping up quickly and operating with minimal oversight Coordinating program activities with a focus on structure, documentation, and alignment (not technical delivery) What We’re Looking For Proven experience in program or project management within learning, enablement, or similar environments Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple workstreams Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem is strongly preferred Comfortable collaborating with senior‑level stakeholders Additional Details Fully remote role Candidates able to support Pacific Time Zone hours are preferred #remote #LI-AK1 GP Strategies Corporation is one of the world's leading talent transformation providers.
