Present project updates to senior leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities. Monitor potential obstacles and proactively implement risk mitigation strategies. Manage project documentation, ensure adherence to internal procedures and external regulations, and drive process improvements. Oversee execution at co-manufacturing sites, maintaining accountability for timelines and milestone achievement. Foster a positive, collaborative environment that promotes problem-solving and team engagement. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience managing multiple projects in a manufacturing or product launch environment. Experience collaborating with co-manufacturers or external partners is highly advantageous. Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies. Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into actionable plans. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
