This role provides the opportunity to lead and manage multiple corporate initiatives, both internal and client-facing, in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You will be responsible for developing and executing project plans, managing scope, schedule, and quality, and ensuring cross-functional teams collaborate effectively. The Project Manager will actively track project performance, implement corrective actions, and facilitate clear communication with stakeholders to drive timely decision-making. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader capable of balancing multiple priorities, mentoring team members, and contributing to process improvements. Your work will directly impact organizational efficiency, client satisfaction, and the successful delivery of critical projects across the enterprise. Accountabilities: · Develop, execute, and actively manage detailed project plans for multiple small- to medium-sized initiatives. · Track project performance and implement corrective actions to maintain adherence to schedule, scope, and quality. · Lead project discovery and planning, clearly defining roles and responsibilities. · Maintain documentation of risks, issues, action items, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle. · Delegate tasks effectively and hold team members accountable for on-time delivery. · Manage change requests to project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring proper documentation and communication. · Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to achieve project goals. · Continuously refine project assets, tools, and templates to enhance team efficiency. · Bachelor’s degree in Business, or a related field. · 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, consulting, or account management. · Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. · Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and driving teams toward project objectives. · Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. · Healthcare industry experience and executive-level presentation skills are a plus. · Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and a professional home office environment. · Competitive base salary: $118,927–$160,551 per year (depending on experience and location). · Eligibility for annual bonus opportunities. · Comprehensive healthcare coverage: medical, dental, and vision insurance. · Short- and long-term disability and life insurance. · Paid time off and 401(k) retirement plan. · Remote work flexibility with limited travel requirements.
