ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Re Con Building Group.
This role is hands-on, requiring you to take charge of subcontractor management, client communication, scheduling, material procurement, and progress reporting. You’ll be the link between site, client, and management—ensuring smooth project delivery every step of the way.
We deliver projects across Sydney, with a strong focus in the Hills District and North Shore areas. Applicants must have their own trade vehicle and tools to perform the role effectively.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Organise and manage subcontractors & people, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Manage clients throughout the construction process with professionalism.
• Provide clear daily and weekly updates on project progress.
• Order materials and coordinate deliveries to align with schedules.
• Oversee budgets, variations, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure WHS standards and company quality systems are followed at all times.
• Anticipate challenges and provide solutions that keep projects moving forward.
