We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee residential solar and energy projects, ensuring efficient coordination from installation through completion. This role focuses on managing multiple active jobs, supporting field operations, and maintaining project timelines in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable handling project volume, and experienced in coordinating teams, schedules, and customer communication. This position is key to maintaining consistent project flow and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage residential energy and solar projects from start to completion Coordinate installation schedules, crews, and subcontractors Track project timelines, milestones, and completion targets Maintain communication with customers and internal teams throughout projects Oversee permitting, inspections, and project documentation Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards Resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, and operational challenges Monitor multiple active jobs simultaneously and prioritize effectively Support field teams to ensure smooth project execution 4+ years of experience in residential construction, solar, or project management Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong coordination and organizational skills Familiarity with permitting and inspection processes Ability to communicate effectively with customers, crews, and stakeholders Experience in solar, energy efficiency, or home services preferred Proficiency with project tracking tools or construction management software High school diploma required; degree in related field preferred Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.
