SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic individual to join our team as a Resolution Planning Project Manager. This critical role is responsible for leading the execution of the Bank’s resolution planning. The successful candidate will drive project management initiatives, from planning and execution to reporting in the context of resolution planning and broader support in the Risk Management Group – Chief Operating Officer (RMG-COO) team. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, a keen eye for data analysis, and the ability to manage complex projects to successful completion, ultimately contributing to the Bank’s adherence to regulatory standards.

2. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in a business management office, risk management or similar function within banking or financial services sector
• Strong experience in business management, project management, or a related role. Knowledge and experience of Recovery and Resolution Planning in financial institutions will be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Good quality communication (written and verbal) for senior internal/external stakeholders,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with business management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of business operations, risk management, process improvement, and performance tracking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
