POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience
• Demonstrable experience in all 5 project life cycle aspects (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and closure)
• Experience within civil construction or water treatment industries (desirable)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a collaborative leadership style
• Ability to plan effectively and prioritise work commitments.
• Be able to identify budgetary and scheduling concerns and mitigation methods
• Strong personal drive and work ethic
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in the Microsoft suite – at a minimum Word, Excel, and Project.

• Develop detailed project plans to guide clients, team members and subcontractors
• Be able to simultaneously manage several concurrent projects across finances, risk, quality, and schedules
• Consulting with operational management to identify and create systems and processes to maximize project efficiency and profitability
• Forecasting of relevant projects, with estimated completions and costs in comparison with the baseline budget and schedule
• Reviewing and understanding implications of Design & Construction documentation, engineering drawings and plans
• Ensure project progress and completion documentation is delivered in accordance with client contracts
• Conducting site visits as required for quality assurance checks
