As a Project Manager within our Digital Physiology Respiratory team, you will be responsible for directing and managing client projects to ensure high‑quality, on‑time, and on‑budget delivery of services. You will partner closely with clients and internal teams to promote excellent customer service, manage study execution end‑to‑end, and ensure contractual and operational commitments are met. What We Offer Competitive compensation Private medical coverage and MetLife protection SZÉP Card and telework reimbursement Flexible time off Engaging employee events and hybrid technology support What You’ll Be Doing Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of study management Gather customer requirements and translate them into clear deliverables for internal teams Develop and maintain study documentation throughout the study lifecycle Coordinate the distribution, tracking, and return of study equipment Create, distribute, and review study reports in line with customer expectations Archive study data and documentation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements Set, manage, and fulfill customer expectations to ensure a positive client experience Monitor study timelines and manage financial components of each study, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation Identify potential study risks, define mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as appropriate Manage internal and external negotiations and promote collaboration to ensure effective communication, efficient resource use, and adherence to timelines and contractual obligations Apply problem‑solving strategies to address customer issues and maintain issue‑tracking documentation to ensure timely resolution of escalations Ensure compliance with required training completion and documentation Present study services at investigator meetings or site initiation meetings, as needed Attend client meetings with Business Development and/or Operational teams to present Clario services and operational data flow, as required Support the onboarding and training of new members of the Project Management team Perform additional duties, assignments, or special projects as business needs require What We Look For Bachelor’s degree and/or demonstrated project management skills or relevant industry experience Clario Project Management Certification required, as applicable per line of business 1–4 years of experience in project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, clinical research, or related industry Knowledge of the drug development process Strong organizational, interpersonal, time‑management, and prioritization skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and responsiveness to inquiries and requests Valid passport and willingness to travel up to approximately 20% At Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
