Job Description Manage ship retrofit projects for our client in the marine industry Coordinate project activities with international teams (Europe and Asia) Plan and follow project schedule, budget, and quality Coordinate technical activities with suppliers, shipyards, and internal teams Monitor project progress and report status Ensure project delivery according to requirements and deadlines Qualifications Experience as Project Manager in technical or engineering projects Technical background in marine engines or electrical systems Experience with ship retrofit projects is a strong advantage Good project coordination and organizational skills Ability to work with international teams Good level of English (written and spoken) Location in Romania (Constanța preferred) Additional Information Our world is dynamic, full of opportunities and our clients and colleagues constantly inspire us.
