As a Project Manager at Resonant Energy you'll guide solar projects from initial development through successful installation, managing multiple concurrent projects to deliver clean energy solutions on time and on budget for communities across Massachusetts. What You'll Do: You'll manage multiple solar projects from design through commissioning, managing everything from site evaluations and feasibility analysis to system commissioning and handoff. Your day-to-day involves managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating site evaluations, negotiating agreements with installation partners, and guiding projects through permitting and utility interconnection. You'll facilitate stakeholder meetings, troubleshoot installation challenges, and ensure quality standards while maintaining clear communication with clients throughout the process. Education, Experience & Credentials Bachelor's degree or comparable industry experience or relevant vocational training given equal weight 5+ years in professional environment managing multiple concurrent technical projects or 3+ years managing technical projects paired with 1+ year solar development Client-facing or account management experience with demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage expectations Preferred: Direct solar project development or construction management experience Experience on construction sites and familiarity with OSHA compliance Experience with submitting RFPs and competitive bidding Experience with project estimation, budgeting, and cash flow management NABCEP Associate (or higher) certification PMP certification Ability to Demonstrate our Standards of Excellence Ownership: You can trust us to deliver—we take initiative, keep others informed, and demonstrate personal responsibility for outcomes and quality of work.
